Launched in 2018, Budding Lives is Alchemy’s athlete development initiative dedicated to identifying and supporting talented young footballers from lower socio-economic backgrounds across India.

The programme provides fully funded scholarships covering training, accommodation, nutrition, education, transport, and overall player welfare, enabling athletes to focus entirely on their development both on and off the pitch. Players train and compete within the academy structure alongside their respective age groups, creating an environment that nurtures performance and personal growth.

Fully funded by Alchemy since its inception, Budding Lives continues to grow through the success of its athletes. As the programme expands its reach across India and builds pathways to higher levels of football, partnerships and external support will play a key role in driving its long-term vision.
